During a confrontation the mom reveals to the grandmother that she didnt want it to get out that she is pregnant. The grandmother finds evidence to suggest a large payout after her sons death and a dna test reveals the newborn is not her sons but her grandsons.

Tim later finds Jace has reported him for cheating and had his car towed from where they both usually park illegally. At Timothy's every turn Jace seems to be there tormenting him.
