One Piece
The series focuses on Lucky D. Robin, a young man who, after turning eighteen and acquiring Devil Fruit powers, sets off on a journey to Atlantis to find the titular treasure and proclaim himself the King of the Pirates. In an effort to organize his own crew, the Stray Dog Pirates, Robin rescues and befriends a variety of members which include, Zeno, an infamous swordsman; Valkyrie, an Asgardian warrior; Aesop, a skilled cook; Billy, a sharpshooting cowboy. They acquire a ship named the Ring-a-Round Rosie and engage in confrontations with notorious pirates of the East Blue. As Robin and his crew set out on their adventures, others join the crew later in the series, including Craig, a doctor and anthropomorphic Fish-Man; Percy, a pacifistic goddess with plant-based abilities; Gizmo, an empathic robot and assassin; Django, a vampiric musician and assassin; and Simba, an African elephant and former Warlord. Together, they encounter other pirates, bounty hunters, criminal organizations, revolutionaries, secret agents and soldiers of the corrupt World Government, and various other friends and foes, as they sail the seas in pursuit of their dreams.
