He must stop the rest of Gotham from being overwhelmed by an extreme threat that lingers in the dark, but only he can stop it as...the Batman!

There were talks of a movie in the late 80s and Early 90s but it never got off the ground. This was a fun little exercise on who I likely would have chosen if it did end up being made, among the midst of pulp influenced movies that were to come - i.e The Rocketeer, The Shadow et.al it could easily have fit right in.
