The Avengers (2012)
Iron Man teams up with SHIELD to invade a HYDRA base (headed by Anton Trojak) in the north and find the body of Captain America and revive him. They also find the Tesseract. Loki invades earth and steals the Scepter from SHIELD. He fails to find the Tessseract. There is a brief introduction into the 6 Infinity Stones (cosmic cube and scepter are two of them). During Loki's infiltration, scientist Vernon van Dyne is killed. He appeared in Iron Man 2 and was a genius in subatomic particles. He developed suits for his partner, Dr. Hank Pym and his daughter, Janet, to wear when performing experiments. Nick Fury approaches Janet to show her that Vernon was also working on military suits (deemed Ant-Man and the Wasp) with SHIELD. She wants to suit up and avenge Vernon's death. An argument ensues between Fury and Pym, a pacifist. Corvus, Loki and the Chitauri plot to invade Earth to acquire the Cube. They deem it necessary to destroy Earth entirely because the planet has knowledge of the stone's existence. Loki tricks the Hulk into destroying Iron Man and Captain America, believing they will be threats to the Chitauri invasion. Thor comes to the rescue. After Hulk is subdued, Loki becomes restless and unleashes the Chitauri army on New York City. The Wasp joins Iron Man, Captain America, and Thor in the fight. SHIELD takes Hulk in. Banner's girlfriend Kate and friend Rick Jones arrive to inject him with a temporary dose of serum that would convince him to fight the aliens.

Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Season 2 (2011)
11/16 - Sets up HYDRA storyline, which will be present in upcoming The Avengers movie. Second half of series features SHIELD taking the powerful Scepter from AIM.

Captain America: The First Avenger (2011)
10/16 - Fairly similar to 2011's Captain America: The First Avenger. The Howling Commandos (Fury, Dugan, Jones, Manelli, Morita, Falsworth, Dernier) assist Captain America and Bucky. The Red Skull and Rogers both "die" in end, when sinking the ship with the Tesseract.

Thor Journey Into Mystery (2011)
9/16 - Fairly similar to 2011's Thor. Loki takes advantage of Thor's banishment to Midgard by unleashing the Destroyer. Grey Gargoyle is a human whom Loki gives powers to. Thor becomes worthy again, defeats the Destroyer. Loki appears to die in end (but it is an illusion to escape).

Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Season 1 (2010)
8/16 - A.I.M., a private organization that played a part in The Hulk film, is the villain in this season. It features S.H.I.E.L.D. trying to learn more about this organization as they are extremely suspicious about their works.

The X-Men (2010)
7/16 - Sequel to Mutants, set in present day. Xavier is approached by FBI's Fred Duncan to help determine the cause of the mutant population rise; there are multiple mutant threats, including the Brotherhood of Mutants terrorist group. Xavier takes in 5 young mutants in their late teens into his mansion - the original 5 X-Men (Cyclops, Jean Grey, Angel, Beast, Iceman). He trains them, believing that mutants can be beneficial to society. The X-Men then go on to take down a Brotherhood of Mutants plot in upper New York. Magneto is the leader of the Brotherhood of Mutants, but is never seen.

The Hulk (2010)
6/16 (Phase 1) - Film introduces Banner and his lab mates (Jones, Waynesboro, Sterns, Langkowski, Drenkov). Fairly similar to 2008's The Incredible Hulk, but Flux takes on Abomination's role. Rick Jones is Banner's young lab assistant and turns into his sidekick Ryker works with Andrew Forson and A.I.M. to create Flux.

Iron Man 2 (2010)
5/16 (Phase 1) - Iron Man becomes a very controversial figure after many wannabe robotic suit villains rise. Justin Hammer, a crazed figure, hires Spymaster to steal plans from Stark Industries to create two Whiplash armors. Tony Stark equips his friend James Rhodes as War Machine. His suit is damaged at end of movie. Iron Man launches an 'Armor Wars' against other wannabe suit villains, but that seems to worsen the situation. The US government creates Firepower in conjunction with Stark rival Cord. Titanium Man is created by an unknown Russian organization. Hammer takes control of the Firepower and Titanium Man armor, and along with Whiplash, fight Iron Man and War Machine. Introduces SHIELD and Hank Pym.

Captain America (2009)
4/16 (Phase 1) - Origin of Captain America. Cynthia Glass is Rogers' girlfriend in the movie, but is revealed to be a Nazi spy. She sacrifices her life for Rogers from Zemo. Baron Zemo is the main villain who dies in end. War is not over by end of movie, and The Red Skull and the Tesseract is teased.

Thor: Ring of Nibelung
3/16 (Phase 1) - Centered around Thor, Loki, Sif, and the Warriors Three finding the Ring of the Nibelung on Earth during the viking ages and then defeating the Frost Giants. In the credits scene, it is Odin hides the Ring in his vault. It is revealed that it is an Infinity Stone.

Mutants
2/16 (Phase 1) - Set in the 90s, Xavier is about 30. Movie documents his journey and struggles coping with his mutant ability Xavier, Marko, Joe MacTaggert, Carmen Pryde were all in the Gulf War (Marko supposedly dies). The term 'mutant' is unheard of, but Xavier makes it his thesis, and becomes an expert on the topic. After a series of life events that hurt him (friend Joe marries Xavier's love interest Moira, getting strange messages in his head from Tobias Messenger, etc), he goes on a global expedition to learn. Encounters the Shadow King in Egypt and defeats him, but not without losing his ability to walk. After defeating the Shadow King, he returns to the US and realizes that mutants can be dangerous and decides to scrap his plans of creating a school. He encounters a young mutant boy who is being attacked by a mob for destroying a construction crane with his optic blasts. He rescues him and adopts him, then decides to build the school again, realizing that mutants need protection.

Iron Man (2008)
1/16 (Phase 1) - Movie mainly focused on Stark's escape from Raza and the Ten Rings. Injured marine James Rhodes finds Stark and returns him to America. Wong-Chu is main villain. Ahmed is his second-in-command, who is a realistic take on the supervillain Mauler. Iron Man returns to New York alive and upgrades his suit. Wong-Chu seeks revenge. One subplot is Mordecai Midas: a rising star in Stark Industries who learns of Iron Man's identity and eventually tells Wong-Chu; he joins Ten Rings in end. Midas also provides Stark technology to Wong-Chu to equip him with the comic villain Melter's powers. The Mandarin is teased. Spider-Man No Way Home
After Mysterio revealed Peter's identity, the world is totally against him for being accused of murdering the greatest hero, after suffering a stay in prison and not being able to enter the university, he will ask for the help of Doctor Strange so that everyone forgets his identity but by accident he will bring to his universe every being who knows the identity of Spider-Man in any universe, Peter will fight to bring them back to their respective universes.
