Ai Tenshi Seiki Wedding Apple

Asahi Ringo is a modern high school girl who longs for marriage. Suddenly, a goddess appears before her and reveals that Ringo is a warrior with angelic blood, a "Love Angel." Though bewildered, Ringo transforms into the Love Angel Wedding Apple and successfully repels evil spirits that have appeared in the city. Ringo then teams up with other Love Angels and throws herself into battle against a powerful evil group that controls evil spirits.

Yu-Gi-Oh! stars Yugi Mutou, a shy boy who loves games and is often bullied. After solving an ancient artifact known as the Millennium Puzzle, his body becomes the host of a mysterious spirit known as Dark Yugi, who has the personality of a gambler. When Yugi or his friends are threatened by those with darkness in their hearts, Dark Yugi reveals himself and challenges them to a "Shadow Game" (闇のゲーム, Yami no Gēmu; "Dark Games") that reveals the true nature of someone's heart, with their losers being subjected to a dark punishment called a "Penalty Game". Throughout the series, Yugi and his friends Katsuya Jonouchi, Anzu Mazaki, Hiroto Honda, and later Ryo Bakura learn that this other Yugi is the spirit of a nameless pharaoh from Ancient Egypt times who has lost his memories. As they attempt to help the Pharaoh regain his memories, they are put to the test, wagering their lives facing off against others who wield the mysterious Millennium Items and the dark power of the Shadow Games.

Josie and the Pussycats featured a teenage all-girl pop band that toured the world with their entourage, getting mixed up in strange adventures, spy capers, and mysteries. The group consisted of level-headed lead singer, songwriter and guitarist Josie, intelligent tambourinist Valerie, and air-headed blonde drummer Melody. Other characters included their cowardly manager Alexander Cabot III, his conniving sister Alexandra, her cat Sebastian, and muscular roadie Alan.

Momoko Hanasaki, along with her friends Yuri Tanima and Hinagiku Tamano, are members of the newspaper club where they mostly cover the school's soccer team. They all have a crush on the star player Kazuya Yanagiba. On their way home from school one day, the trio are attacked by a devil by the name of Pluie who is a servant to the high ruler of the devil world, Raindevila. When her friends are hypnotized into attacking Momoko, a beautiful man comes down from the sky named Limone. He is from the angel world and gives Momoko a compact case. Opening the compact, she is told by the goddess Aphrodite, the ruler of the angel world, that she is one of the legendary Love Angels, Wedding Peach. Momoko transforms into Wedding Peach and manages to snap her friends out of Pluie's control. Over the course of the story, Yuri and Hinagiku and later Scarlet O'Hara also find out that they are also love angels and the three (later four) must protect the humans from the devils and defeat Raindevila.

Lucia tries to convince Kaito into figuring out who she really is (since the legend doesn't say anything about the other person discovering a mermaid's true identity by him or her self). At the same time, Lucia has been told that a group of water demons have invaded the sea world and she must gather six other Mermaid Princesses and their pearls to bring back the legendary goddess Aqua Regina to stop them. She is ordered to defeat Chimera Animas—alien parasites which infect animals and turn them into monsters.
