Revenge of the Sith
With the Clone Wars coming to an end, Ahsoka returns with Bo-Katan with a plan to attack Mandalore, but Grevious and Dooku make a desperate attack on Coruscant, capturing Chancellor Palpatine. While Ahsoka and Rex go to Mandalore, Obi-Wan and Anakin go to rescue the chancellor. After killing Dooku, Anakin is put on the council while Obi-Wan goes to Utapua to defeat Grevious. Palpatine reveals himself to Anakin and tempts Anakin with the Dark Side to try to save Padme from her fate in his nightmares. Will Anakin chose the Dark Side or will he help Mace and the Jedi defeat Palpatine, otherwise known as Darth Sidious.

Ninjago: Sons of Garmadon
After a year apart from each other, searching for Master Wu. Lloyd stumbles upon the motorcycle gang the Sons of Garmadon stealing an Oni mask. The team is assigned to protect the princess of Ninjago, Harumi. While on their quest to stop the Sons of Garmadon, Mistake reveals to Lloyd that he has Oni and Dragon blood in him, and that the Oni masks will resurrect his father, but only the Lord Garmadon side of him. Spider-Man's spider sense goes off, with a warning that someone close to him is going to die. Norman Osborn has become the Green Goblin, and frees Otto Octavious, Curt Conners, Sergi Kravinoff, Adrian Toomes, and Herman Schultz out of jail to exact revenge on Spider-Man for what he did to Harry. Spider-Man swings into action against the Sinister Six, but can he find a way to stop them and save whoever it is close to him that's being targeted? Releases after The Avengers: Siege and before Ninjago: Sons of Garmadon.

The Avengers receive a distress signal from a distant planet. The Avengers go with clone group the Bad Batch to the planet known as Asgard, which is under siege from the CIS. The Separatist also seem to know what the battle plans of the Avengers are. Anakin, the Bad Batch, and Obi-Wan go to sneak onto the Separatist's main flagship while Captain America leads the rest of the team alongside Asgard's army lead by the prince Thor. Clone trooper Tup kills Jedi Knight Tiplar. Fives takes him out and brings him to medic Kix. Tup, along with Fives, is sent to Kamino to be examined. While on Kamino, Fives begins to investigate and uncovers horrifying truths of the clones, and all the evidence leads him to one man: Chancellor Sheev Palpatine. Releases after Delta Squad and before The Avengers: Siege

Delta Squad
The elite unit of clone commandos, Delta Squad, embark on a mission to the Republic ship the Prosecutor. Missing for two weeks and randomly appearing in Separatist controlled territory, Delta Squad is sent to check on the ship. Boss, Fixer, Scorch, and Sev have one mission, find out what happened to the ship's crew and defeat whoever killed them. The Clone Wars: The Wrong Jedi
A Jedi bombing happens in the temple. Anakin and Ahsoka are rushed from the planet they are on to Corruscant to investigate. When they catch the supposed murderer, someone force chokes her with Ahsoka in the room. Commander Fox and Admiral Tarkin arrest her, believing she is the Jedi behind the bombing. Ahsoka is freed and relies on no one but herself and her best friend Barriss while Anakin, Plo Koon, and Captain Rex are sent out to bring her to the Jedi Temple for questioning. Releases after The Incredible Hulk 4 and before Delta Squad.

The Incredible Hulk 4
The mysterious Illuminati banishes Hulk to a distant planet. Bruce's girlfriend, Betty Ross, begins researching to figure out where Bruce was banished. Teaming with Bruce's cousin Jennifer, Bruce's best friend Rick, and some of his allies on the Avengers and the ninja team, along with forcing her father to go with them in exchange for pardoning his crimes, they embark to the Unknown Regions where they have located Burce. But war is already broken out, as Bruce and the allies he has made on the planet have engaged the Illuminati in battle. Releases after The Clone Wars: The Battle of Umbara and before The Clone Wars: The Wrong Jedi.

The Clone Wars: The Battle of Umbara
Anakin and Obi-Wan lead an assault on Umbara. Equipped with their own, unique weapons, the clones struggle in the darkness of Umbara against the Umbarans. Anakin is relieved of his duty from the 501st by Chancellor Palpatine and replaced with Jedi Pong Krell. Krell leads Rex and the 501st into danger time and time again, starting distrust between the clones. Fives, Jesse, and Hardcase make the reckless decision to go destroy an enemy supply ship on their own, which will be the tipping point for Krell.

The Clone Wars: The Criminal Underworld
Pre Vizsla and Death Watch find Darth Maul and Savage Opress after their narrow escape from Obi-Wan. After giving Maul new legs and Savage a new arm, Maul and Vizsla agree to team up to overthrow Satine and kill Obi-Wan. Using their combined strength, they force Jabba to team up with them and scare the Pykes and the Black Sun into joining them. With their combined strengths, Mandalore will fall, but can Maul and Vizsla trust each other? Releases after The Astonishing Ant Man 3 and before The Clone Wars: The Battle of Umbara.

The Astonishing Ant Man 3
Vision agrees to team up with Hank and Janet to help them find Ultron. Unfortunately, Ultron has plans for Hank's portege Eric O'Grady. He convinces Eric that Hank will toss him aside when the time comes, but if he works with him, Ultron will ensure that he becomes the next Ant Man. Eric betrays the other heroes. Hank's suit is also mysteriously stolen, leaving Janet and Vision as the only two left to fight Ultron and Black Ant while Nadia helps her father make a new suit.

Ultimate X-Men: The Hunt for Xavier
Magneto and the X-Men reluctantly team-up with the common goal of finding Charles Xavier. While there is still tension between Scott and Ororo and the teams that split up, Logan begins to ease the tension with his grand return to the X-Men, along with him Pietro and Wanda. Nate Grey being there also interests Scott and Logan, as there is no way that Nate could've possibly been him and Jean's child with how old he is. As Logan and Rogue investigate this mystery, a new Brotherhood of Mutants emerges, appearing to be led by Charles Xavier himself. Releases after The Return of Darth Maul and before The Astonishing Ant Man 3

Miles Morales: The Ultimate Spider-Man: Spider-Men
Peter Parker of Earth-616 is transported through a portal to Earth-1610. Miles meets Peter and the two battle due to Peter's confusion and believing it to be a trick from Mysterio. Miles defeats him and takes him to the Ultimates, unsure of what else he's supposed to do. Fury and Tony deduce that Peter is probably from an alternate universe parallel to their world. Peter and Miles have to team up when Mysterio of Earth-1610, who's really controlled by the Mysterio of Earth-616, attacks the two. Peter also finds out that in this universe he was killed by the Green Goblin and meets Gwen and May, helping them find peace with their Peter's death as well.

The Return of Darth Maul
Savage has been hunting for his brother Maul for months. He finally stumbles upon him on a deserted planet. After getting Maul to Mother Talzin, Maul takes on Savage has his apprentice and seeks revenge on the man who wronged him, Obi-Wan Kenobi. Releases after The Avengers: Acts of Vengeance and before Ultimate X-Men: The Hunt for Professor X.

The Avengers: Acts of Vengeance
The founding members of the Avengers go off on a mission assigned to them by Fury following the Second Battle of Geonsis to investigate a medical ship that has gone silent. Unfortunately, the mission goes awry and the Avengers don't respond to comms. Getting impatient waiting for their return, Fury sends the rest of the Avengers to investigate, who find Cap's broken shield, Anakin and Obi-Wan's lightsabers, pieces of Wolverine's suit, Spider-Man's mask, and the ninjas weapons. Dooku then orders Sinthea and Hydra to make their full out attack, forcing Hank Pym and Sam Wilson to work together as the new leaders of the Avengers and coordinate with the other lesser Avengers to stop the attack from Hydra. Releases after The Clone Wars: The Second Battle of Geonsis and before The Return of Darth Maul.

The Clone Wars: The Second Battle of Geonsis
The Geonsions have retaken Geonsis and are making brand new droids and powerful tanks. Jedi Generals Anakin, Obi-Wan, and Ki-Adi Mundi have been chosen to retake the planet along with Captain Steve Rogers and the new Howling Commandos. The assault goes sideways though as the defenses are stronger than they anticipated and Anakin and the 501st are pinned down in a Hellhole, half of Ki-Adi and the Marine Corps have been killed leaving them with one tank, and Cody and the 212th are trying to find General Kenobi whose gunship was shot down. Meanwhile, the Howling Commandos await the reinforcements of General Luminara Unduli and the 41st. Releases after Ultimate X-Men: Divided We Stand and before The Avengers: Acts of Vengeance.

Miles Morales: The Ultimate Spider-Man: Scorpion
Aaron has a deal with a crime boss in Mexico that goes sideways. Aaron escapes jail after catching wind of a new Spider-Man and deduces that it's Miles. Miles sees a side to his Uncle that he's never seen before as he threatens and blackmails Miles into helping him defeat the Scorpion who has followed him to New York. But eventually Miles reaches his breaking point with the Uncle he once loved dearly.

Ultimate X-Men: Divided We Stand
After Professor Xavier's disappearance, Scott Summers assumes command of the X-Men, but half of them leave, not trusting Scott after the disaster with Phoenix. While Ororo and Kitty lead one half, Scott leads the other. The X-Men stand divided while new enemies arrive, who are easily able to completely shatter the last bit of trust the two teams had. Relases after The Clone Wars: Defense of Kamino and before The Clone Wars: The Second Battle of Geonsis

After Quinlan warns the Jedi Order of a full out assault on Kamino, Anakin and Mace gather their troops to Kamino to prepare for the attack. Cody and the 212th also go to Kamino with Anakin while Obi-Wan is on Mandalore. Rex and Cody coordinate with the ARC Troopers on Kamino while the Delta Squad unit takes the opportunity to prove themselves to the 501st. Releases after Obi-Wan Kenobi and before Ultimate X-Men: Divided We Stand.

Obi-Wan returns to Mandalore after encountering a Mandalorian on a CIS ship. He meets with the Duchess of Mandalore, and his old love, Satine Kryze. There he discovers Death Watch, a terrorist group Hellbent on killing Satine and returning Mandalore to it's warrior past. Releases after Quinlan Vos and before The Clone Wars: The Defense of Kamino
