The Marines that enter the facility aside from the "Silent Marine" are picked off and killed one by one. Armed only with his service pistol, the lone Marine enters the facility to seek revenge.

Fight Club (2023)
An Unnamed Narrator with Insomnia (Paul Dano) is living a boring life, working as a vehicle recall specialist, living in a condo, with Swedish Furniture. He goes to support groups around the city so he can sleep. One day at one support group, he runs into a woman named Marla Singer (Mary Elizabeth Winstead), he knows that she's a liar like him, he confronts her and threatens to expose her, but she does the same. On an airplane he meets Tyler Durden (Ryan Gosling), a soap maker, waiter, and projectionist. When he returns to his condo, he sees that it's been blown up. He meets Tyler at a bar, where Tyler asks him for a favor, 'Hit him as hard as he can'.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare (Season 2)
Even with the death of Imran Zakhaev in 2011, the Ultranationalist forces have conquered Russia under the command of Vladimir Makarov, protégé to the late Zakhaev, whom is now a martyr to the Russian people. In 2016 U.S Army Rangers in Afghanistan are training the locals in firearm efficiency. Sergeant Foley selects Private 1st Class Joseph Allen to demonstrate, then Allen is directed to Corporal Dunn to run an obstacle course, overseen by Lieutenant General Shepherd. Joseph Allen has infiltrated Makarov's Inner Circle under the alias "Alexei Borodin" and is joining him for a false flag operation, at Zakhaev International Airport in Moscow, the Inner Circle massacre civilians disguised as plain-clothes C.I.A. operatives. With such a catastrophe in their wake, they leave in a van, but Makarov shoots Allen knowing he was an American spy, and his presence will ensure Russia will blame the U.S. In Rio de Janeiro, word of the massacre and rising tensions in Russia have reached 141, Sanderson, Soap and Simon "Ghost" Riley are now in Brazil to arrest an arms dealer, Alejandro Rojas, who supplied Makarov the weapons for the attack. Rojas is captured and extraction is requested, the request is denied as the United States is now under Russian invasion. The Russians replaced the satellite module with a duplicate confusing NORAD with an advance warning of an attack on the U.S west coast, the invasion is actually happening on the east.

While losing a bit of his sanity in the process.

Fight Club (2023)
The Narrator, a man who is unfulfilled by his job as an automobile recall specialist and possesses chronic insomnia, attends support groups in order to cure his insomnia. However, when another impostor, Marla Singer, begins attending the same groups, they agree to split which groups they attend. On a flight home from a business trip, the Narrator meets Tyler Durden, a soap salesman, who tells him he is trapped by consumerism. The Narrator's apartment and all of his belongings are destroyed by an explosion, so he moves into Tyler's dilapidated house in an industrial area. The two start having fistfights in the parking lot of a bar, which attracts other men and eventually leads to the formation of Fight Club, which meets in the bar's basement. The Narrator quits his job and blackmails his boss for the company's assets to support Fight Club. More members join Fight Club, and Tyler recruits them to his new organization, Project Mayhem, which engages in acts of vandalism. When the Narrator complains about being excluded, Tyler reveals that he was the one who caused the explosion at the Narrator's condo. Tyler disappears, and when Paulson is killed by the police during a sabotage operation, the Narrator tries to stop Project Mayhem. He follows a paper trail to cities Tyler had visited and finds that Project Mayhem has spread throughout the country. Marla and the Project members address the Narrator as "Mr. Durden," and he realizes that Tyler and he are the same person.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 (2023)
Despite the events of the previous game preventing a nuclear war, the Ultranationalists ultimately seize control of Russia and Imran Zakhaev becomes a martyr. Diplomatic relations with the United States plummet as a result, while Vladimir Makarov, an Ultranationalist extremist and Zakhaev's protege, commits to a five-year campaign of vengeance against the West with acts of terrorism. In 2016, Private First-Class Joseph Allen, whose actions in Afghanistan impress U.S. Army General Shepherd, is embedded into Makarov's team, who commit a mass shooting at an airport in Moscow, killing multiple Russian civilians. Makarov, aware of Allen's true identity, kills the American, leaving his body at the airport to implicate the United States in a false flag operation.

Disheartened by the loss of his material goods, he calls Tyler, and they meet at a bar. Tyler tells him he is trapped by consumerism. In the parking lot, he asks the Narrator to hit him, and they have a fistfight. They find the experience cathartic and agree to do it again.
