The Amazing Spider-Man (2012)
Abandoned by his parents and raised by an aunt and uncle, teenager Peter Parker (Andrew Garfield), AKA Spider-Man, is trying to sort out who he is and exactly what his feelings are for his first crush, Gwen Stacy (Emma Stone). When Peter finds a mysterious briefcase that was his father's, he pursues a quest to solve his parents' disappearance. His search takes him to Oscorp and the lab of Dr. Curt Connors (Rhys Ifans), setting him on a collision course with Connors' alter ego, the Lizard.

By 2005, Marvel Entertainment had begun planning to produce its own films independently and distribute them through Paramount Pictures. Previously, Marvel had co-produced several superhero films with Columbia Pictures, New Line Cinema and others, including a seven-year development deal with 20th Century Fox. Marvel made relatively little profit from its licensing deals with other studios and wanted to get more money out of its films while maintaining artistic control of the projects and distribution. Avi Arad, head of Marvel's film division, was pleased with Sam Raimi's Spider-Man films at Sony, but was less pleased with others. As a result, Arad decided to form Marvel Studios, Hollywood's first major independent film studio since DreamWorks.

The Paramount Logo will be for Iron Man all the Way through Ant-Man And The Sony Pictures And Columbia Logo will be in the future Marvel Movies starting out with Captain America: Civil War. And Fox Will Still Distribute X-Men And Fantastic Four Movies.

DC Extended Universe
DC Extended Universe is the expanded film and television universe based on DC Comics, with president and producer, Patty Jenkins, coming up with the creative productions and projects for the cinematic universe at Warner Bros. In 2012, Jenkins signed a contract to start the cinematic universe and hired many directors and even opened to producing R-rated films for darker character arcs such as Zatanna, John Constantine, and Jonah Hex. Jenkins stated that she was inspired by the successful Marvel Cinematic Universe's way of dividing the events of their movies; by Phases. Therefore, Jenkins adopted the idea herself for this extended universe
