Based on legendary Clinically Insane E-Clown Jerma985, written and directed by Quentin Tarantino comes the story of Jerma985, a former children's show host turned internet streamer, who lives in Las Vegas with his abnormally intelligent Dog, Otto. When Otto comes to Jerma with a perfected script for a re-boot of their children's show "Otto's Grotto", Jerma must find a way to raise money for the pilot episode and take revenge against the Vegas Casino Mogul who he supposes had a hand in the death of his parents.
