Set in the late 1940s, The story focuses on the holiday murders of Alberto Falcone and show Selina Kyle at first being an innocent lady who was a witness (later on being revealed to have it planned with Falcone, similar to Faye Dunaway's character from Chinatown) and Oswald Cobblepot being a crime lord akin to Al Capone. There would be a twist that all 3 conspired with each other to take down and get all the fortune of Mafia families and billionaires.
