James Bond Reboot

With Craig retiring, it's just a matter of time before we get a new Bond. Who do you think should be the next 007 or the next villains? Who would you like to see direct a Bond movie? Keep in mind the Bond actor should be able to carry a franchise for about 10 years. So, someone like Idris Elba is probably too old at this point...
