This is because Peter Parker is scared and very cautious not to lose her and so keeps her safe from all the dangers possible, as he doesn't want to lose her the way he lost Tony Stark (Peter's Mentor). Peter Parker finds that it is his responsibility to train the Young Avengers and look closely after Morgan Stark.
