The Amazing Spider-Man 3 (MCU)

Immediately following the events of Civil War. Events played out basically the same, Tony showed up at the Parker residence and recruited Peter. In this film Peter is now in college and broken up with Gwen but keeping an eye on her. Harry and MJ are introduced. Harry is a childhood friend and now a college friend. MJ is Peter's neighbor at his new apartment. Tony is the mentor in the film. Green Goblin is the villain. Peter is determine to go after Goblin because of Captain Stacy's death at the hands of Porto-Goblin. Green Goblin murders Gwen in the third act and gets away.

The Amazing Spider-Man 2 (MCU)

What if Sony and Marvel had worked together starting with The Amazing Spider-Man series? Film leads up to Graduation in the third act. Film's main villain is Lizard but we also see Rhino at the beginning and Proto-Goblin at the end. Peter and Captain Stacy defeat Lizard but then George is murdered by Goblin. Proto-Goblin then dies in battle with Spider-Man. Iron Man defeats Rhino at the beginning at meets Spider-Man. After credit scene reveals that Tony knows Spider-Man's identity.

The Amazing Spider-Man (MCU)

What if Sony and Marvel had worked together starting with The Amazing Spider-Man? Retelling of this new version of Peter Parker. Mostly a mix between TASM & Homecoming. Main villain is Vulture who is a result of The Avengers. Oscorp is introduced like in TASM this is how Peter gets bit.

Fantastic Four (1998)

If I had started the MCU in 1998. This film would be an origin story for the team and take place in the 60s. The villain of the film is Red Ghost.

Sam Wilson forms the New Avengers with the help of Nick Fury.

Thunderbolts

Valentina Fontaine forms The Thunderbolts, naming it in honor of the late Secretary "Thunderbolt" Ross.

Infinity War had 4 deaths (Heimdall, Loki, Gamora, and Vision) and Endgame had 2 deaths (Tony & Natasha) and whatever became of Steve. Let's assume Kang Dynasty has 4 deaths and Secret Wars has 2 plus a hero retiring.

Peter Parker (Toby Maguire) suits up one last time to defeat Kraven the Hunter. The film also sets up Mayday becoming Spider-Girl.

Avengers: Kang Dynasty

Kang's variants go to war. The Avengers take on Kang the Conquer on Earth. This group consists of Captain America, Ant-Man, Wasp, Hulk, She-Hulk, Bucky, Shang-Chi, Wong, War Machine, Black Panther, and eventually Wanda. The Fantastic Four take on Scarlet Centurion in space. The team are joined by White Vision, Spider-Man, Captain Marvel, Ms. Marvel, Photon, and Thor. The Eternals (3 of them plus Starfox and Pipp), Dr. Strange, Clea, America Chavez, Moon Knight, and Blade take on Rama-Tut. Wanda will be the one to defeat Kang. Captain Marvel will defeat Scarlet Centurion. Sersi will defeat Rama-Tut. Doom will join the Beyonder. The main deaths will include Wong, Hulk, Bucky, and Pipp.

The Amazing Spider-Man

TASM (2010) set during Peter's freshman year of college. Peter gets an internship at Oscorp where he works with Dr. Morbius. Mary Jane is the romantic lead. Osborn is dying and searching for a cure. TASM2 (2012), takes place two years later in his junior year of college. One of the villains is Sandman who falls into one of Oscorps experiments. He wants to take care of his sick daughter. We get the backstory of Uncle Ben and find out Flint Marko is the one who shot him. Norman becomes Goblin at the end of the film but is killed in the final fight. MJ is still the love interest, she is dating Jameson's son. TASM3 (2014), Takes place a year later during Peter's Senior Year of college. The villains include Electro who is created by an accident at Oscorp and Scorpion who is hired by Harry to find Spider-Man's identity.
