Carroll “Toddy” Todd and Victoria Grant are two down-on-there-luck entertainers who become acquainted after a disaster of their making. After saving Toddy from an angry former lover, Victoria becomes the unwilling center of a get rich quick scheme thought up by Toddy. The plan is simple, Victoria pretends to be a feminine gay Polish count who seeks to be the world’s greatest female impersonator. Things however become complicated after a businessman with mob ties becomes infatuated with the lovely Victoria and his showgirl girlfriend becomes jealous.

Sleeping Beauty (Live Action)

Born in the light of the dawn, the princess known as Aurora was blessed with the gifts of beauty and song, beloved by all who know her. However, because of a terrible cursed placed on her by the spiteful and ruthless fae Queen Maleficent, she is doomed to fall into a death like sleep before the sun sets on her 16th birthday. However, thanks to the efforts of a trio of fairies and a handsome young prince she had met in the woods, the wicked fae’s curse is well under way on being broken. In this version of the story Aurora is half fae and her mother was a fae princess who fell in love and married the crown prince in hopes that their kind unite. This angered her eldest sister, who happens to be Maleficent and she sought to take vengeance upon the two, so what better way than cursing their precious daughter. Also, in addition to Aurora’s curse the whole kingdom becomes engulfed in snow and everyone freezes when the princess falls asleep. Plus, Aurora and Phillip get to know each other more often…..yeah I don’t believe in love at first sight….love takes time.

Walt Disney’s Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs (1939 Live Action)

This would be a version of the film, making it a musical film mixed with technicolor (Pre-Wizard of Oz) live action sequences and animation. The Dwarfs, animals, haunted woods, and the witch will be animated and Snow White along with the other characters will be live action.

Sleeping Beauty (Live Action 1959)

This is my casting suggestions for if they had made the movie a live action musical film mixed with animation. The fairies, the dragon, Phillips horse Sampson, and the woodland creatures will be animated, while the key humans will be live.

Gypsy (2025)

Rose Hovick had long envisioned herself as a star, to perform on stage as a vaudeville performer on the circuit, but according to her “I was born too soon and started too late.” She then turns to her daughters, her “adorable and talented” younger daughter June and her “plain and lackluster” eldest daughter Louise. Though she pushes her youngest to be the star, it’s Louise who triumphs as the one and only burlesque superstar Gypsy Rose Lee.

Phantom of the Opera (2004)

While I feel the film was well produced, I think it would have been better had they had casted people who can actually sing. That’s where my recast comes in

Paris 1881, the Paris Opera House is short a soprano after their resident Prima Donna storms out of rehearsal. Luckily the dance mistress suggested that her young ward, the demure and beautiful Christine Daaé with a voice like pure silver, should replace the diva. Little do the denizens of the opera house know, the young girl is protégé to “The Opera Ghost” My casting is “Colorblind” and only one character has their gender changed.

Lord of the Rings Gender Swapped

This is what the story would be like if it were overtaken by women. While most stories from Tolkien were based on World War, this would be like how women took over while the men are away at war like they did a la Rosie the Riveter. While most of the males of Middle Earth are off at war, it is the females who defend the home shore.
