After the last episode ended with Lee clem chet and Jake getting to the city safe zone this episode follows them as they met Kenny katcha and duck and for a brief cameo Dale Andria and t-dog a herd of walkers storm the safe zone in the chaos Jake is bitten but with no confirmation they can only assume he's infected they escape and head to Macon in Kenny's truck as jake falls deathly ill Lee mentions his family owned a drug store they get there and the episode ends with them getting cornered by walkers a woman(lilly) shooting the walkers they all get inside and Lilly see's Jake's bite and points the gun at him. cut to black
