Only four infected people were arrested and put into quarantine and it's going to be even harder for the heroes of Gotham and The Teen Titans with most of the Justice League killed by The Clown Prince of Crime, meanwhile, Batman has to fight Jason Todd who came back as Red Hood and, unbeknownst to him, is slowly turning into The Joker.
