Batman: Arkham - Episode 1: Arkham City
Months after the Arkham Asylum incident, Quincy Sharp, former director of the Asylum, was credited with stopping the Joker's attack. With that, he became Mayor of Gotham. Deeming the prison no longer suitable, he bought up large parts of the slums, making a large open-air prison called Arkham City. The Police have degenerated, sending citizens with the slightest trace of a criminal record to Arkham City. Those who defy the police disappear under mysterious circumstances. Catwoman attempts to rob Two-Face's safe, but is captured by him. Bruce Wayne holds a rally that attacks the proposal to turn half the city into a prison. Making himself a target, he is kidnapped by Hugo Strange, a psychiatrist who runs the city. Hugo somehow knows Bruce's secret identity. He intends to reveal an operation called Protocol 10 by the end of the night. Bruce escapes, and with Alfred's help, receives his equipment. Two-Face has Catwoman as a defendant in the old courthouse, which he acts as both judge and executioner. Batman breaks in and saves Catwoman. Batman questions her about Protocol 10, and stops her from being hit by a sniper fire, which he suspects came from The Joker. Following the tracks, he arrives at a building, where he finds Harley Quinn, who flees, leaving henchmen with hostages. Batman saves them, and heads to the top, where he finds the weapon. Everything was a trap set by the Joker, who blows up the place. Batman escapes, and now follows the trail to stop The Joker.

Batman: Arkham - Episode 9: The Joker's Party (Finale)
Batman arrives to face Poison Ivy. Ivy says that she thought the Titan was hurting the plants, but it was actually making them stronger. She summons a colossal plant and teams up with it to fight Batman. Batman wins, causing Ivy and the plant to sink. Upon leaving, The Joker says his party is about to begin. Batman heads to the Visitor Center. Batman arrives and sees The Joker, sitting on a throne, who sends out two Titan mutants. Batman defeats them, and The Joker reveals Gordon tied up. Drawing a gun with Titan, he shoots Gordon. Batman jumps in front to save him. He resists the drug, which makes The Joker furious. Declaring that he has nothing left to live for, he shoots himself. Helicopters fly over Arkham. From the roof, the mutated Joker emerges with Batman. Unlike others, The Joker has kept his mind, and taunts Batman into giving in to change. Batman injects himself with the antidote. The Joker sends out his henchmen, while showing off for the cameras. Batman defeats them, and pulls out The Joker, who falls into an electrical circuit. The Joker rises once more. Batman sprays the explosive gel onto one of his fists. Saying that he will never let him win, Batman punches the Joker in the face, exploding and knocking the Joker unconscious. After the fight, Gordon says that the Titan's effects are starting to wear off on Joker and his men, and that Batman deserves a rest, but Batman is informed that Two-Face is robbing a bank. He flies through the night in the Batwing.

Batman: Arkham - Episode 8: Old Sewers
Batman starts to walk in the sewers. Realizing it's like a maze, he asks Oracle for help. Barbara says there is no record, and says it could be a suicide mission. Batman makes preparations, and enters Killer Croc's lair. Despite Killer Croc's constant attacks, Batman gathers the necessary spores to create the antidote. On the way out, Killer Croc makes a big surprise attack, and charges at Batman, but the Dark Knight activates the explosive gel he had prepared, sending Killer Croc crashing into the sewer. Through the sewers, Batman returns to the Batcave, where he creates an antidote to stop Poison Ivy from taking over Arkham. Barbara says that earthquakes are being felt on the island, a sign of the rampant growth of Poison Ivy plants. On the way, Oracle informs them that The Joker intends to contaminate Gotham's water supply with his Titan production. Batman disables the three pumping stations guarded by the henchmen, infuriating The Joker, who sends a Titan henchman to kill him. Batman faces him and wins. Batman returns to the surface, where he notices that Ivy is getting stronger. Through the plants, Poison Ivy says that the island belongs to her, and that she will kill Batman, and then kill The Joker. Batman heads to the Botanical Gardens to face her.

Batman: Arkham - Episode 7: Back to Intensive Treatment
Batman faces giant plants to get to Arkham Mansion. He encounters Aaron Cash, who tells him that the only way to reach Killer Croc's sewers is through Intensive Care. Batman returns to the facility, where he faces more of The Joker's henchmen. On the way, Batman is once again drugged by Scarecrow. He sees himself being taken to the Intensive Treatment Center by The Joker and Harley Quinn. The Joker shoots and kills him. Batman emerges from the grave where he was buried, and once again faces off against the giant Scarecrow. Batman defeats him, but Scarecrow injects him with an immense amount of fear toxin, enough to drive ten men insane. Once again, Batman defeats his fears, leaving Scarecrow in shock. The Scarecrow flees to Killer Croc's lair. Batman heads into the sewers. Scarecrow says that if Batman approaches, he will release the toxin into the water, which will affect the entire city. From the water, Killer Croc emerges and grabs Scarecrow. Batman throws a Batarang that hits the shock collar, forcing Killer Croc back into the water, but taking Scarecrow with it.

Batman: Arkham - Episode 6: Botanical Gardens
Now knowing that The Joker intends to build an army of mutants with Titan, Batman heads to the Botanical Gardens. Batman finds The Joker holding a guard hostage. With the path blocked with electrocuted water, he throws the guard, killing him, and flees. Needing to find another way, Batman heads to the generator room. Upon arrival, he finds a janitor kidnapped by prisoners. After defeating them and saving the janitor, Batman turns off the power, allowing his passage. Following Harley Quinn's tracks, Batman finds the secret laboratory. The Joker uses the now complete Titan serum on two henchmen, turning them into mutants, to keep the Dark Knight busy while he escapes. Batman defeats the mutants and destroys the facility. Starting to think about an antidote, Batman tells Oracle that he believes Poison Ivy can help him, as Titan is produced from genetically modified plants. Batman arrives at the glasshouse and asks for help, but Ivy refuses. Batman threatens to make all Arkham plants suffer unless she cooperates. With the threat, Ivy informs him that the antidote can only be made with rare spores found in the sewers, where Killer Croc lives. As Batman leaves, The Joker announces that he has provided Ivy with some of the titan serum, causing her plants to grow to gigantic proportions, which slowly begin to cover the island. Not knowing where Killer Croc's lair is, Batman heads to Arkham Mansion to ask Aaron Cash.

Batman: Arkham - Episode 5: Penitentiary
Following the traces of Sharp's blood, Batman arrives at the Penitentiary. Investigating the building, Batman finds Poison Ivy's cell, who begs to be released, as the plants were suffering and calling her. Batman ignores it and follows, until he finds Sharp trapped in the control room. After freeing him, Batman takes the security codes, allowing him to disable barriers throughout the Asylum. At the same time, Harley frees Poison Ivy. Batman follows Harley Quinn into a large room with an electrified floor, which she uses to try kill him. After failing, she sends her henchmen. Batman faces and defeats them. The Joker is enraged by Harley Quinn's failings and takes her off the "party list", some sort of celebration he plans to hold later. Harley tries to attack Batman, but is easily defeated and locked in a cell. Harley slips up and says that the Joker has a secret Titan production facility in the Botanical Gardens.

In silence, Batman defeats the henchmen and Harley Quinn. He frees Commissioner Gordon. The Joker draws attention to a locked room. Near the Intensive Treatment exit, Batman finds Frank Boles dead, having been betrayed by the Joker, and ending Gordon's trail. Batman arrives at Arkham East, where he discovers that the Batmobile is being attacked by Harley Quinn's henchmen. Next to the Batmobile, Batman finds Gordon's pipe, a gift from his daughter Barbara. Knowing he was left there on purpose, Batman uses tobacco to find the trail again. Arriving at the Sanatorium, Batman finds some Blackgate prisoners holding doctors hostage. After defeating them, a medic informs Batman that more prisoners are holding guard Aaron Cash and doctor Penelope Young hostage in other rooms. Batman rushes to save them, facing more prisoners.
