When a cop is murdered during a routine traffic stop in broad daylight and investigations into the officers murder stall, a group of detectives go rogue and try to figure out what happened to the cop. Soon the detectives learn to solve the case they must go undercover and infiltrate the criminal underworld of Dallas, Texas. As they dive deeper and deeper in the underworld they learn that the murder of the cop was no random killing as well as learning the truth of corruption and crime within their own department.
