WordGirl: The New Adventures of WordGirl is an 1999 action-adventure game published by HIT Consumer Products and developed by Phoenix Games, Neversoft Games, Dingo Games and Infinity Ward Games for the Nintendo 64 and PlayStation. In the game, Dr. Two Brains has trapped TJ Botsford, Violet Heaslip and Todd "Scoops" Ming in a virtual reality version of Fair City that he created with the help of Skrawl, leaving it up to WordGirl to save them and break apart the virtual world. The game shifts between outdoor levels where the player flies through rings while saving cillvians , and indoor levels where the player looks for access cards, activates and computers, and fights villains such as, Skrawl, Tobey McCallister III, Victor and Victoria Best, Granny May and Mr. Big.
