He holds great Prejudice towards Atlantians and is of the firm belief that they must be imprisoned or executed. Any alternative ideas that involve coexistence are unacceptable to him.
So, Black Manta brings with him an amarda of elite Hunters And with him, Enemies, both old and new join Black Manta to exact revenge and destroy everything Arthur Curry and his people hold dearly.
