When Courage finds out that he is going to be put down due to an incurable illness, he looks to his snide, ever witty computer for help. This sparks an unusual journey to a mountain that just might hold the key to curing him of his illness. Computer has no choice but to tag along as he is the only one with the knowledge to help Courage reach his goal, and he does so by taking command over the body of another dog using the ability he gained from the episode, 'Mega Muriel The Magnificent'. Despite being at odds with each another, friendship slowly grows between the two of them over the course of their journey as they overcome one obstacle after another. They begin to learn more about each other and Computer's own history in particular starts to come to light.

while waking up jimmy and timmy and thier freinds as well as of course courage the cowardly dog and computer dog and maria dog and misty dog are sent to a secret military base thats also somehow apart of the middle of nowhere and also now find them selves in toruble for when they discover a diabolical plan/plot for the mysterious and powerful organization called csnw aka capturing stopping no matter what a daring escape from the millitary base lead to a desolate landscape filled with dangerous obstacles and crawling a group of resistance fighters who can help them battle csnw along with courages old and new villians in one big finale battle of course.

after the passing of courages old owners murial and Eustace courage goes to a pet shelter aka pet store then was adopted by a women who is a member of the bagge family and then gets adopted for a gift of two young bagges brothers name jimmy bagge and timmy bagge and so courage has a new home besides being in nowhere but it wont be safe for him nor his new family when new threats and old threats come back only to kill courage as well once and for all.
