Imagining a Superman the movie that came out 5 years before Batman (1989), with Nic Cage always as Superman in the BurtonVerse. In this Art Deco imagining, Superman/Clark Kent/Kal-El begins his career as a duel Superhero/Reporter, as he must balance his three identities while working with Lois Lane to stop Lex Luthor from unleashing total destruction on the Earth. Balancing the breath of All Star Superman with the Tragiccomic aesthetics of Tim, this version, like his Batman (1989), proves anyone can be Superman.

Meanwhile, a sultry, independent female thief named Black Cat is rounding up the few people who care for Spidey’s innocence, including Peter, MJ and Gwen Stacey. Crippled by self doubt and determined to put his grief aside to clear his name, Parker must make amends for the past, find new allies, and stop the Vulture from destroying New York and creating a dystopia.
