Three years after defeat of Dr. Dimension, and an evil old lady named Ophelia Chill who destroyed the city Loganville with her freeze weapon and seek revenge to Jeffy (Long time ago, Jeffy kills her husband I.M. Meen hitted by big rock), Bowser Jr. (main protagonist) and his best friend Jeffy (formerly main protagonist in the first and second film) who mission to stop Ophelia Chill, Mario's long-lost father Max is reunited with Bowser and Mario, forcing them to leave their comfortable lives behind. Agent Paws, a pink spy cat, is sent to stop Ophelia Chill's freeze weapon. Junior's friends Joseph and Cody build a new Mebo called "Mebo 2.0.," and Bee and Ant, emoji bee and ant, are also involved in saving Loganville. The story revolves around Junior, Jeffy, and other characters to save Loganville before it's too late.
