Disney Villains- Crossover Edition

People really enjoyed the princess one, so here’s a follow-up! Cast characters from other franchises as the Disney villains! No genderbending characters or Disney characters, please. (Marvel and Star Wars are fine!)

Lord of the Rings if fictional characters made it

I'm going to, of course, ignore Rings of Power. As usual, no real people and no characters from LOTR. I might be a bit more flexible about gender-swapping roles for this one because LOTR has very few female characters, though.
