In the Mojoverse, the Hulk and Wolverine are manipulated into fighting each other. The conflict is instigated by Deadpool, who serves as an antagonist in this story. Wolverine's attempts to subdue the Hulk, only serve to make him angrier.

During Civil War, Thunderbolt Ross gives Deadpool the job of hunting down super-powered individuals who have not signed the Superhuman Registration Act. On his mission, he discovers that Ross is working with Professor Thornton, the man that caused Deadpool’s disfigurement. Deadpool leads a team made up of people who did not sign the accords to storm the facility.

Civil War World War Hulk

After the events of Ultron Era, Thunderbolt is demanding heroes to sign new accords made to keep superheroes under government supervision due to the damage and fatalities. Captain America is against them while Iron Man is for them. Captain America who recently came out of retirement due to the exile of the Hulk, is announced as a fugitive along with any hero that stands with him. Iron Man creates a team to stop Cap’s and they clash. Spider-Man switches to Cap after realizing Tony’s wrong. Captain America’s team comes out on top, as Hulk lands on Earth attacking the Illuminati and whoever stands in his way. Captain Marvel stops Skaar with the help Betty Ross who stops Hulk.

Planet Hulk

After the destruction during Ultron Era, the Illuminati sent Hulk away from Earth and crash-land on the alien world of Sakaar. There, Hulk was forced to battle for his life in a gladiatorial arena, all for the amusement of Sakaar's bloodthirsty emperor, a tyrant known as the Red King. The Hulk fights Hercules in the arena. The fight stops at a draw but the Red King tells Hulk to finish him, instead Hulk leads a revolt against the Red King. Hercules leaves the planet and Hulk stays. Hulk has a kid with Caiera the Oldstrong one of the gladiators he befriended. The ship that brought him there blew up killing his wife and thousands others. Skaar, Mike, and Hulk are the only survivors.

Sgt. Fury and His Howling Commandos

After World War 2, Sgt. Fury used the Commandos as a black ops team. Over these episodes they go to different places expanding the world of that time period.

Captain Marvel

Mar-vell was killed in a plane accident flown by Carol Danvers. Carol was captured by the Kree, but she was exposed to the energy from the explosion of the Psyche-Magnetron. The Kree wiped her memory and led destruction to many planets. She slowly gains her memory back and discovers that Genis-vell was behind the killing of Mar-bell and the explosion of the Psyche-Magnetron. She fights him and eventually overpowering him with energy causing him to burst.

Web of Spider-Man

The Green Goblin attacks and Peter tries to figure out who is behind the mask. May introduces Peter to Mary Jane. Peter and another student named Eddie Brock are chosen for mentorship under Doctor Octavius. Harry is addicted to a drug and Peter thinks it’s the goblin serum. But Peter still thinks it’s Norman until the end where the Goblin throws a pumpkin bomb which knocks Gwen off the clock tower where she falls off and dies. Peter beats the Goblin near death until he sees its Harry. Peter swings off and goes to her funeral where the movie ends. Norman leaves New York in the post credit scene.

Avengers Ultron Era

Hank Pym and Tony Stark work together to create the Ultron system. Ultron creates itself a body and goes to Wakanda. Captain America and Black Panther make friends and Steve tells him about his grandfather. Hank creates Vision using Jarvis. Ultron kills Agent Coulson and Queen Ramonda. After Thor gets the mind stone, Vision is ready and takes form using a body created from Shuri. During the final battle Hulk goes full rage and destroys several buildings killing civilians. Thor fights Hulk and subdues him. Captain America retires and Bucky agrees to go to Wakanda.

Silk

Silk was an attempt to change a human’s DNA from a spider bite. Seeing no effects on her she was brought into an orphanage and the spider was freed and let out into the wild. The spider was eventually discovered by Curt Connors and brought to Oscorp, where Peter was bit. She’s eventually adopted by an upper middle class family. By the time she’s a teenager she begins experiencing her powers. Her stepmom works for F.E.A.S.T. with May Parker. Their boss Martin Li is a secret crime boss that Silk fights. Their final battle is in Chinatown where Silk defeats him.

Ant-Man Tales to Astonish

Darcy is now working under Pym Tech. Hank and his wife Janet are developing small super soldiers. AIM is watching them and sends their own personal soldier the yellow jacket to steal from them. Upon discovering this Janet and Hank put on their prototypes, the Ant-man and the Wasp. They discover secrets including who their hidden leader is. Modok. They temporarily defeat Modok and wipe out the AIM facility.

Thor Battle of Gods

Thor has been living on Earth for the past year after Jane was diagnosed with stage three cancer. Thor received a message from Heimdall that Odin has entered his sleep. Thor returns to Asgard where he finds Loki impersonating Volstagg. Thor is found by Beta Ray Bill and Lady Sif who tell Thor about Gorr the God Butcher. Thor, Loki, Sif, and Bill use the Bifrost to go to Olympus. Zeus sends his son Hercules to fight Thor in the arena for his lightning bolt. As they fight Gorr arrives killing a lot of the gods. Thor takes the lightning bolt while everyone is distracted and an injured Heimdall uses the Bifrost to bring them back to Asgard. Arriving back on Asgard they see that the place is now destroyed and that Gorr waited for them to leave to attack. They find Odin’s sleep chamber empty with golden blood only left on his bed. Thor falls to his knees as he sees the Warriors Three lifeless bodies in the courtyard. Heimdall hid the rest of the Asgardians away including Frigga. Using the Bifrost Heimdall teleports them to the Gates of Eternity. They realize that Loki was just a hologram conjured by his magic and that he had stolen the lightning bolt. The three of them fight Gorr but they’re struggling without the lightning bolt. Gorr begins choking Thor, as life leaves Thor, Gorr stops as he sees his blood is red not gold. Then Gorr is stabbed from behind by Loki using Zeus’ lightning bolt. Thor visits Jane for the last time.

Iron Man Armor Wars

Tony holds the Stark Expo where he announces the development of Pym Technologies and it will be a subsidiary of Stark Industries. Tony gives Hank Pym the microphone to speak. Whiplash attacks, Iron Man defeats him and discovers he is using his armor. Pym creates a device to detect and track stolen Stark armor and tech. War Machine and Tony go to the locations and extract all the lost and stolen tech. They find Justin Hammer and interrogate him on who gave the armor to all these Russians. Hammer tells them it was Obadiah Stane. The final battle is between Tony and Rhodey against Stane in his Iron Monger suit. Tony and Pepper announce their engagement.

Black Panther

(Phase 2 Movie 2) The new Black Panther is threatened as Wakanda is being slowly flooded. T’Chaka tries to fix relations with Namor and the Talokanils, but a war starts after the killing of T’Chaka. T’Challa takes charge along side him is his childhood lover Ororo Munroe. Shuri, T’Challa’s sister, creates a new custom vibranium suit for T’Challa.
