This is a younger-ish Batman, in his late 30's, and all other characters are based in relation to that (except the ones where it doesn't matter). Some of the heroes are in the Batman Beyond timeline (when Bruce is in his 80s/90s) so if you see a normally young hero being fancasted as an adult, that's why.
