Steven Moffat would have announced his departure from Doctor Who at the same time as Matt Smith announced his. It would also mean that Jenna Coleman would have also announced her departure as well The Time of The Doctor would have been Clara's departure with Steven Moffat, Matt Smith and Jenna Coleman gone then who would that lead into becoming the Showrunner, playing The Doctor and the new companion.

What If The Twelfth Doctor Regenerated in The Doctor Falls

The climax of The Doctor Falls will remain untouched but as we towards the end of the episode after Bill and Heather head out of The TARDIS. The Doctor still be lying unconscious in the floor of the TARDIS console room. In this version he will remain that way and not only he hears the echoes of the past companions of saying the name Doctor, but he hears the echoes of The Doctor's past incarnations saying their final words before regenerating. His skin starts to fill with a streak of regenerative energy. His face, hair and hands starts to reshape themselves as his physical being changes, then once the regenerative process, we witnessed the arrival of The Thirteenth Doctor ( still played By Jodie Whittaker ) as she sits up as still wearing the clothes of her previous incarnation as she touches her face and hair and looks at her hand as she utter the words well, this is new.

What If The Tenth Doctor regenerated in Journey's End

The Stolen Earth will still continue as usual but only change I will make is to have I'm regenerating to The Tenth Doctor's last line before starting to burst into regenerative energy. Then as we head to Journey's End ( instead of putting the rest of the regenerative energy into the spare hand ) The Regeneration continues and then when the process was completed we witnessed the arrival of The Eleventh Doctor ( still played By Matt Smith ) he starts to regain control of himself after regenerated
