Synopsis Bill Williamson is no longer the raw, impulsive fugitive the world remembers. He moves erratically across the Canadian border and into the rural American South, hiding in plain sight while trying to outrun the manhunt and his own breakdown. In Baton Rouge, Bill encounters a street gang that is already in conflict with a rival white supremacist crew. Rather than immediately becoming a kingpin, Bill inserts himself as a covert force multiplier: he helps the street gang become harder to track, more disciplined, and more elusive, all while staying in the shadows. His methods draw the attention of a local police captain, a young lead detective, and federal agents who begin to sense that the gang’s sudden sophistication is not organic. As the pressure rises, Bill’s mind deteriorates further. Flashbacks of his pre-rampage life reveal the decent, caring man he used to be, especially in relation to his mother, and the audience sees the human being buried under myth, rage, and damage. By the end, law enforcement realizes they are not simply chasing a criminal—they are facing a destabilizing force moving through multiple systems at once. The film ends with Bill still alive, still hunted, and still deeply unresolved, leaving the door open for a longer series or sequel arc.

The results of these tests were never made public, but the last test, the one that would conclude the project, is known to all as the Philadelphia Experiment.

Having returned from mastering his newfound abilities as an Onimusha, Samanosuke Akechi returns to battle the Genma army in Japan 1582 as he fights his way to Honnō-ji Temple to finally put an end to Nobunaga Oda. Though Samanosuke defeats Nobunaga's ward Ranmaru Mori, he ends up being pulled through a portal that opened below him. Samanosuke awakens in Paris in the year 2004 where he aids a man named Jacques Blanc in fighting the Genma army that has begun its invasion near the Arc de Triomphe. The time portal reappears and pulls Jacques and Philippe through to feudal Japan. Samanosuke then meets Michelle Aubert, Jacques' girlfriend, near the Arc and makes his way towards the roof. Across his fights, Samanosuke briefly meets an old enemy: The Genma scientist Guildenstern. Guildenstern explains that he developed the technology to enable himself and his fellow Genma to travel through time to conquer the future.

NINJA GAIDEN

The story of Ninja Gaiden takes place two years before the first Dead or Alive game [citation needed], and is mainly delivered through cut scenes at the start and end of each chapter. The player starts taking control of Ryu to infiltrate the Shadow clan ninja fortress and visit its clan leader, Murai, who is also Ryu's uncle. During the visit, the female ninja Ayane delivers news of a raid on the Hayabusa village through a cut scene. Ryu fights his way back to his village, and encounters Doku who has taken the Dark Dragon Blade and killed Kureha, the Hayabusa shrine maiden. The first part of the story ends with a cut scene of Doku cutting down Ryu with the Blade. The scene ends with a falcon, the Hayabusa's spiritual animal, watching over Ryu's fallen body.

SHINOBI

Raised together within the Oboro Clan, Hotsuma and Moritsune were seldom apart during their youth. Being the younger of the two, Hotsuma looked up to Moritsune, and considered his older brother a superior warrior. Eventually, the Oboro Clan commandment was revealed to the two boys after they discovered Akujiki, the sword that would be used in the ritual to decide the clan's leader. The commandment deems that the next clan leader must be determined by a duel to the death between the eldest clan heirs---in this case, Moritsune and Hotsuma. Aware of their destiny, the brothers trained incessantly, instructed by their foster parent, Kobushi.
