It is part of the Star Wars franchise, a spin-off of the series The Mandalorian featuring the character Ahsoka Tano from that series and other Star Wars media. Ahsoka is set in the same timeframe as The Mandalorian, The Book of Boba Fett, and Star Wars: Skeleton Crew.
