The Batman : Season Ten
The final season. A series of murders of crime bosses committed by a psychopath calling himself the Joker catches Batman's attention. Strangely, Barbara Gordon and Nightwing both go missing. Investigations lead Batman to Ace Chemicals, where he faces the Joker- the same man who fell into a toxic waste vat. Joker reveals he has kidnapped both Barbara and Nightwing to lure Gordon and Batman to him, having crippled Barbara (before Batman's arrival) and shoots Nightwing dead in front of Batman, just to prove that one bad day is enough to make a man lose his sanity. Batman and Joker fight atop the Ace Chemicals building, and the former gets hold of Joker's pistol. The finale ends on a cliffhanger with Gordon and the GCPD rushing to Ace Chemicals, while Batman is about to pull the trigger.

The Batman : Season Nine
Arnold Wesker is a ventriloquist who suffers from dissociative personality disorder, and believes that his doll, modelled on Al Capone, is involved in some dirty work. In reality, Wesker is the head of a drug racket, being the "dummy" of his doll, Scarface, as revealed by Batman's investigations. He now has to take down the entire racket, and help comes from an unlikely ally- cat burgler Selina Kyle, who Wesker had previously wronged. Meanwhile, the thug from Maroni's gang who fell into a vat of toxic waste (last season), returns to the den, kills Maroni, then breaks into a maniacal laughter.

The Batman : Season Eight
After erasing Hugo Strange's memories with Mad Hatter's machine, Bruce's secret identity is safe again. However, a new turf war between mob bosses Sal Maroni and Gambol intensifies, and skirmishes follow. On one such occasion, Batman arrives to break up a fight at Ace Chemicals, causing Maroni's men to flee, except one, who accidentally fell into a vat of toxic chemical waste. Meanwhile, Maroni has declared a bounty on Batman's head, causing hitman Floyd Lawton to target Batman. However, unbeknownst to him, another mercenary is on the hunt to terminate Batman - Slade Wilson, aka Deathstroke.

The Batman : Season Seven
After a year, Bruce returns to Gotham and resumes crime-fighting as Batman, while Dick goes back to Bludhaven. A new problem arises from within Arkham Asylum, when Jervis Tetch takes control of the minds of the asylum's inmates, setting up his own wonderland of sorts, and kidnapping Vicky Vale, making her Alice. Batman, Commissioner Gordon and Arkham psychologist Dr. Hugo Strange are determined to fight this new villain. Meanwhile Batgirl investigates Strange's background, and finds clues which indicate Strange is not exactly how he seems to be.

The Batman : Season Six
With Bruce Wayne out of action, Dick takes up the mantle of Batman, and donning the heavy-duty bat armour, fights Bane in the sewers. Batgirl investigates a new case of sportsmen having sudden panic attacks on field, which concludes with the revelation of Jonathan Crane as the culprit, who now calls himself The Scarecrow. Meanwhile, in another part of the world, Bruce recuperates with the help of Lady Shiva and the League of Assassins, and meets the beautiful Talia al Ghul.

The Batman : Season Five
A series of explosions rocks Gotham, and Batman's investigations lead him to the mastermind known as Bane. A brutal fight results in Bane breaking Batman's back. Elsewhere, Nightwing and Batgirl are in pursuit of a serial killer named Victor Zsasz.

The Batman : Season Four
Public unrest peaks as the corrupt mayor, Hamilton Hill, orders the neighborhood of Old Gotham to be razed in the name of development. This gives rise to a shadowy figure calling himself Anarky. Batman must stop him from creating more chaos while also saving Old Gotham and its residents.

The Batman : Season Three
Season three deals with the aftermath of the bloody gang war between Black Mask and Two Face, and the latter's death (the "Harvey Dent" personality took control and shot "Two Face" in the head). The jail term of Black Mask means there is a vacuum to fill, and from the deep criminal underbelly of Gotham, out steps The Penguin. Batman must deal with this villain and bring him to justice while simultaneously dealing with a rogue ex-employee of the Wayne Enterprises, who is obsessed with riddles.

The Batman : Season 2
In season 2, Harvey Dent has resurfaced as the villainous Two-Face, and Bruce must find a way to cure him and restore his sanity. Meanwhile, as Batman, he fights street thugs carrying much more upgraded weapons, leading him to believe that guns and weapon trafficking is on the rise once again. Which means, Black Mask is gearing up for something big.

The Batman : Season one
For both Bruce Wayne and Batman, it is a rough time. Dick, his longtime partner in crime-fighting, has left him to spread his own wings in Bludhaven. District Attorney and Bruce's friend Harvey Dent is in hospital following a violent accident which may have permanently disfigured him. Along the same time, the citizens of Gotham are being terrorized by what many call a giant bat monster, and naturally everyone in the GCPD suspects Batman to be the culprit, except for Commissioner Gordon.

Witnessing the murder of his parents at the age of eight, he vows to eradicate Gotham City of crime and criminals. His zealous mission has earned him quite a few allies and many enemies, and most notably, the epithet of "The Dark Knight".
