Dick and Wally hear about a smugling happening near jump city bank. They then see a man known as Brother Blood who threatens the life of Rachel calling her "the raven". Dick loses it and tries to kill brother blood but he gets away. Wally and Dick decide they need to get Rachel to a safer place and then they meet Hawk and Dove.
