Tokka (IDW)

In the IDW continuity, Tokka is an infant[2] mutant snapping turtle first appearing in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles #111. Old Hob had Tokka and another mutant, Rahzar, detained in a holding cell at Mutanimals Headquarters in Mutant Town. After Koya had previously failed to secure delivery of the three weasels Hob had originally promised to give the Foot Clan as new recruits, Oroku Karai visited Hob at Mutanimals HQ herself to negotiate an alternative arrangement.
