Tatsu (also known as Master Tatsu) is second in command of the Foot Clan under The Shredder and an enemy of the Turtles in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Movie, and almost assumes leadership in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II: The Secret of the Ooze. Tatsu does not like to talk much due to his grumpiness. Several fans believe that he was the inspiration for Hun and Master Khan. He was portrayed by Toshishiro Obata (a real-life Japanese swordsman and martial artist) and voiced by Michael McConnohie.
