Shinbei Fukutomi (福富 しんべヱ Fukutomi, Shinbei) is a 1st year student in Ninjutsu Academy and one of the main trio in Nintama Rantarou. The son of a rich merchant, Shinbei easily becomes friends with Rantarou and Kirimaru from their first day of school and frequently gets into trouble together.
