Hakann (a.k.a. "the Bully") was a former Dark Hunter and member of the Piraka who attempted to steal the Mask of Life. After their defeat, he and the other Piraka were held in the custody of the Order of Mata Nui. He was also known to have slaughtered countless numbers of Toa of Water.
