Biography

Balsa City is the main setting of Scaredy Squirrel and where all the main characters reside. Mayor Runswell is the current mayor. Balsa City is arboreal, with almost every building being a giant tree, tree stump, or giant log. Instead of roads, the city has water canals that citizens traverse with log vehicles. The city is situated on an island in the middle of a lake. Balsa River is the city's main source of water,[2] and a giant drain stopper in Dave's trailer park is the only thing that prevents the city from being flooded
