Synopsis

The GCPD and Batman are hounded with calls from a mysterious mass murderer only going by the moniker Mr. Zsasz, Zsasz states that he has hostages all around the city, if they can’t find them before the time expires Zsasz kills them. The GCPD have no other choice but to do the one thing they’ve never wanted to happen, they have to work together with the Batman to find Zsasz before it’s too late.

Officer Montoya is Bullock’s partner on the force, she wants to aid Gordon and Batman, but Bullock refuses to let her help. After Bullock becomes the commissioner, he sends Renee on paid vacation due to her trying to help Jim.
