Mrs. Turtle is Franklin and Harriet's mother and Mr. Turtle's wife. She has no known occupation. Her occupation is possibly a housewife. Elizabeth Brown (who she is based on) has voiced Mrs. Elizabeth Turtle on all seasons and specials/movies to date. She grew up at a farm faraway from Woodland.
