When a meteorite is heading towards earth filled with solar energy the united states government launch a crew of astronauts on a suicide mission to destroy it which activates a reaction that heightens anger and a hunger in certain individuals including the recently deceased that the remaining survivors identify as zombies a group of survivors located in the united kingdom try to head to the space station in Cornwall when they come across a pacifist who convices them to go to a "comune" which is really a big hoard of zombies when the final act comes as they fight them off
