After the events of the first film, Arden and his friends are still hunted by the government and it's led by a man named Zephyr who wants to used the boy as a tool for his machine to making the virus to be destroyed, also they making friends with a boy who is a tech wiz and little girl is muted to keep her secrets from her dark past.
