Heavy Duty, the call-sign of Hershel Dalton, who previously served as Duke's G.I. Joe's Heavy Weapons Specialist until he was succeeded by his cousin Roadblock. 1 year after Cobra succeeded in their plans, Heavy Duty, along with Ripcord and Scarlett come back to help their fellow Joes in the final battle to save General Hawk and restore freedom by putting an end to Cobra's rule and Heavy Duty is ready to fight alongside his cousin Roadblock in the final battle.
