Synopsis

One year after Cobra has succeeded their plan for world domination, the G.I. Joes are not done yet, as they get prepared for the final battle against Cobra and are ready to strike back to restore freedom around the world and put an end to Cobra's world domination around the world.

Description of Duke (Conrad Duke Hauser):

Conrad Duke Hauser is a battle hardened commander of the G.I. Joe team and the mentor/brother-figure of Flint. 1 year after Cobra has succeeded in world domination, Duke and the G.I. Joes are not done as they get prepared for the Final Battle against Cobra and Duke is prepared to terminate Cobra Commander in order to put an end to Cobra. Duke, alongside Flint, serve as one of the two main protagonists in in the final installment in Zack Snyder's G.I. Joe film Trilogy, G.I. Joe: Salvation.

  • ultracarterzilla Stephen Sommers originally written Duke Hauser to be fatally wounded by the armored Cobra Commander and later dying from his wounds after he chose Flint to succeed him as the Commander of the Joes. This concept would however be scrapped as Zack Snyder was not happy with Sommers to have Duke be killed off and force Sommers to change it, thus, Duke lives and remains the Commander of the team.

    • ultracarterzilla Christian Bale was also not happy about Sommers suggesting Duke being killed off and Bale would be glad when Snyder stepped in to have Duke live after he forced Sommers to change the character's fate.
