Synopsis

One year after Cobra has succeeded their plan for world domination, the G.I. Joes are not done yet, as they get prepared for the final battle against Cobra and are ready to strike back to restore freedom around the world and put an end to Cobra's world domination around the world.

Description of Cobra Commander (Voice):

After one year Cobra succeeded in ruling the world for world domination, Cobra Commander, formerly Rex Lewis, plans to force the world leaders into serving him or they will meet their fate. But when the G.I. Joes are ready to strike back against Cobra, Cobra Commander is Ready to deal with them as he has created weapons to destroy the G.I. Joes once and for all. When the final battle comes, Cobra Commander knows that his former best friend Flint and his Commander Duke is coming for him, Cobra Commander is ready to face off against them in the final battle. He serves as the main antagonist in G.I. Joe: Salvation with Michael Wincott back as the voice of Cobra Commander.
