Synopsis

Description of Cobra Viper Commandos (Voice):

Cobra Viper Commandos are enhanced Neo Vipers that were upgraded carry out highly dangerous and deadly operations. They are more stronger than their Neo Viper counterparts as they have the ability to cloak. In Zack Snyder's G.I. Joe Retaliation, the Neo Vipers and Cobra Viper Commandos now have the ability to continue fighting without their heads and they also have the ability to release EMP bursts out of their after being killed in order to wound their enemy near their dead bodies
