Story Plot
While chasing a cylinder, the entire TARDIS team arrived in San Francisco during the Blitz and meets "Captain Jack Harkness", the dashing Time Agent responsible for bringing the object, they a find a group of homeless children terrorised by Jamie, an "empty" child wearing a gas mask.
