In a world with super powers organised crime has become as dangerous as ever. An orphan unluckily gets dragged into one of the largest clans in the city due to her unfortunate powers. As her attempts to leave the organisation fail she sees good fortune in a new clan member. They make a deal that allows her to see what the world is like over the bridge and he gets information on how to take down the clan.
