LosAngeles. A man walks downthe pier, walking his dog. Greeting people that walk past him. As he continues to walk, a shadow is cast over himandeverything on the street. He and everyone look up to seesomething that resemblesglowingeyes.As the man takes a closer look, The young man's hands begin to glow. But then it becomes toolate.A giant footsteps on the man. The thing only known as a Sentinel rises, and though it’sroboticspeech it says, “Mutant Threat Eliminated!” And along with that, she speaks of how these canfinallydefeat the mutant terrorist known only as Magneto. Meanwhile at the XavierandLencher School For HigherLearner, two young students and members of the group known as the X-MEN, Bobby Drake, Iceman, and Kitty Pryde, Shadowcat watch the news. Kitty begins to fear at the fact that these robotscould come and possibly kill them. Bobby sits upside down on the couch, telling his long time friend tocalm down, that if they were to go against those robots, the X-Men would totally kick their asses.But frombehind them, the television turns off. The two turn around to see the mentor, Charles Xavier inhis wheelchair. Hetells the two of them to go upstairs and study and then go to bed. As his students walk away, Charlesgoes through the mansion. Looking at a picture of a much better time. Withhim and hisoldfriend ErikLencher, the man everyone in the world knows as Magneto.
