Synopsis

Johanna won her Hunger Games through a simple strategy that relied heavily on her own acting ability. From the moment of her Reaping to her arrival in the Capitol, she pretended to be meek and forgettable, one of the many Tributes who end up as chaff for the thresher of the Games. This meant no one looked to her in the Arena itself, where she ran and hid until many of her fellow Tributes had killed one another. Once the initial bloodbath subsided, she demonstrated a "wicked ability to murder" with an ax, a weapon she learned to use growing up in the woodcutting District 7.

Description of Marcus (Male Career from District 2):

Marcus is labeled as the 'heartthrob of the 71st Hunger Games. Strong, build, and handsome, Marcus weaved a relationship with Serenie in the arena. They both survived until the last day. Marcus finished fourth, sacrificing himself to be killed first by Thalassa, the District 4 mad queen Career tribute, for the win of Serenie, even though Serenie is slained by Johanna Mason at the end. Even though known as 'scariest of the Careers', Marcus is soft and tough and tender. His love to the little flowers in the arena and pity to poor Pixelly on the first day proved that to the Panem.
