(Played by D*chen Lachman in the Arrowverse). Veronica Sinclair, also known as Roulette, is a former socialite, human trafficker, and ringmaster who had aliens fight each other for entertainment of her patrons, gaining the attention of Supergirl. When she attempted to traffic individuals in Maaldoria, Supergirl, Mon-El, and the D.E.O. intervened, freeing the captives and leaving her stranded on the planet.
