Some characters on this list were just mentioned while others appeared only in comics while some characters' actors are unknown or can't be found on this website. Description of Russell Glosson (Earth-1) (The Turtle):

(Played by Aaron Douglas in the Arrowverse). Russell Glosson, also known as the Turtle, was a metahuman who had the power to absorb the potential energy around him, slowing everything around him down. He kidnapped Patty Spivot and was stopped when Harry Wells killed him.
